Does Odoo back up my data already?+
Odoo Online keeps short-term service backups for disaster recovery. They are full-database restores, not selective ones, and self-hosted instances are entirely your own responsibility.
Which Odoo plans work?+
The Odoo External API is available on the Custom plan for Odoo Online, and on every self-hosted or Odoo.sh instance. The One App Free and Standard plans block external API access.
What do I need to connect?+
Your Odoo URL, database name, login email and an API key you create under Preferences → Account Security.
