Yes. We process and store EU customer data in EU regions, provide a DPA, and support data export and deletion requests.

Yes. Files, images and PDFs are captured alongside their records and stay linked on restore.

We detect schema changes and include them in snapshots. You can restore to a point before the schema change if needed.
